Program Highlights
Learn the art and science of safe, effective alignment for all major postures. You’ll study how to use hands-on assists, props, and verbal cues to help students deepen into poses while maintaining safety. This segment builds a strong foundation for confident, compassionate teaching.
Each day includes dynamic Vinyasa flows and grounding Hatha sessions to embody the teachings physically. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and clarity through consistent practice, while learning how to break down and guide others through sequences with purpose and precision.
Explore classical breathwork (pranayama) techniques to regulate energy and emotions. Learn meditation practices that develop focus, inner stillness, being present and self-awareness — essential tools for teaching and personal evolution.
Gain insight into the deeper dimensions of yoga through the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita, and discussions on yogic ethics (yamas & niyamas). These timeless teachings help cultivate wisdom, humility, and spiritual clarity — both on and off the mat.
Study the musculoskeletal, respiratory, and nervous systems from a yoga lens. You’ll understand injury prevention, body mechanics, and how yoga influences the brain, breath, and stress response. This module supports a safe, informed teaching practice.
Experience traditional yogic cleansing practices such as neti, kapalabhati, and trataka. These ancient techniques promote physical detoxification, mental clarity, and energetic balance — essential for serious practitioners and teachers alike.
Master the skills needed to design intelligent, creative, and safe classes. Learn to create sequences that reflect different styles, themes, and student needs — while building your own unique voice as a teacher.
Explore the practical side of teaching: class structure, cueing, time management, ethics, and holding space. This segment also includes communication skills, group dynamics, and how to support diverse student needs with confidence.
Get an introduction to Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, and discover how doshas, lifestyle rhythms, and nutrition support your yoga journey. Learn how to integrate Ayurvedic wisdom into your teaching and personal life.
Upon successful completion of the training, you’ll receive a 200-Hour YTT Certification, internationally recognized and eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance. This certification opens doors to teach globally and is a vital step toward a full career in yoga.
